Liz is an experienced sports and exercise scientist, pharmacist, health communications professional and coach whose mission is to support athletes of all levels to perform in sport and life.

I can’t recommend Liz enough. She is an incredibly gifted and talented coach and athlete, and someone I am sincerely so grateful for.

Liz is kind, gentle, and genuinely cares about every athlete she works with. She has helped me so much with my own understanding and management of Type One diabetes, and together, we have adapted my training to suit both this and my kidney transplantation.

I have always loved cycling, and truly thought I may have to give it up, but Liz has helped me regain my fitness and strength to a level I never expected. Liz lives to learn, and then adjusts it to suit her athletes.

It has now been five years since my life-saving kidney transplant, and I am winning medals and completing rides I once only dreamed about.

I have competed in two National Road Championships, winning 3 silver medals and 1 bronze. I have also competed (and medalled) in both the World and Australian Transplant Games. These achievements mean so much to me, and I know I would not be doing this without her.

I am so happy to have Liz in my corner. She is truly a fabulous coach and an all around beautiful, fun and genuine human.
