Results driven coaching based on your goals, your lifestyle and your training needs. I use the coaching platform, Training Peaks and “deep dive” analysis program, WKO5 to deliver your programs and help inform your exercise prescription.

Extensive testing of physiology to determine power duration profile, set bespoke power and HR zones for bike, swim and run (where applicable)
Correction of historical data errors to form an accurate picture of personal physiology
Tutorial to demonstrate how key metrics in TP work and how to get the best out of coaching
Expert guidance for type one/two diabetes athletes - including education around CGM/BGL control during training and racing

Cycling Performance Consultation
$450 / one-off consultation
Expert coaching for self-managed cycling athletes seeking feedback on current training program and guidance on optimising training.

Review of recent training (12 months) data, including detailed analysis of power and HR data on WKO5. Accurate data will be used to inform thorough feedback on current training and add recommendations that are aligned with current goals
60 minute consult and written report summarising findings and providing recommendations
Menopause and

Practical strategies for managing symptoms and optimising training during peri- and post-menopause, including how exercise affects muscle, recovery and performance during this period.
